The fishing village that became a legend: three MICHELIN stars on the Bouillabaisse beach, Sénéquier's red terrace since 1887, the citadel above the rooftops, and the Place des Lices where they still play boules under the plane trees. Nothing here was picked from online ratings. Five MICHELIN stars in the 2026 guide across three houses — including the only THREE-STAR table in the gulf — and four institutions people ask for by name, one of them open since 1887 and one a brasserie dating from 1789.
All three are inside hotels, all three are booked far ahead, and none of them is a walk from the port.

The village is pedestrian and crosses in ten minutes; the citadel is the only real climb.

+33 6 58 27 93 12⚠️ TWO NAMES CHANGED IN 2026: the VIP Room is now Lilly's Club, and the Papagayo has become Le Gaïo. Every other guide online still gives the old names. And the great Saint-Tropez nights are seasonal: outside summer, almost everything sleeps.
All three are in the village or on the waterfront. Nobody walks away from any of them at 5am without regretting having driven.
