Stanislas Rima, manager of RS Taxi.
RS Taxi is a licensed taxi, approved for seated medical transport covered by the French health insurance. It is not an ambulance service, and it is not a private-hire (VTC) operator.
Fares for licensed taxis are set each year by an order of the prefect of the Alpes-Maritimes. The scale in force is displayed inside the vehicle.
Who is responsible. RS Taxi, at the address above. For any question about your data, write to contact@rs-taxi06.com or call +33 6 58 27 93 12.
What is collected, and why. The booking forms collect your surname, first name, telephone number, pick-up address, destination, date and time, and the details needed to judge whether the ride is feasible (floor, access, wheelchair, luggage, flight number). They are used for one purpose only: to answer your booking request and carry out the ride. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or passed to a third party.
Health data. The forms deliberately ask for neither your social-security number nor your date of birth: those are taken from the prescription on the day itself. Do not write any medical detail in the free-text box — it is not needed to book.
Legal basis. Steps taken at your request before a contract, then performance of the transport contract.
How long. A request that leads to no ride is deleted within three months. Rides actually carried out are kept for the period required by tax and health-insurance rules.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct, delete or limit your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@rs-taxi06.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This site sets no cookie on your first visit, and uses no audience measurement or advertising tracker. That is why you are not asked to accept anything.
The texts of the guide are written for this site. The photographs of the towns and landscapes come from Wikimedia Commons and are reproduced under their own licences, mostly Creative Commons BY-SA: the author and the licence are named under each picture, and a link leads back to the original file.
Place names, addresses and coordinates come in part from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database Licence.
The guide names restaurants, museums and beaches for information only. Opening times and prices are those known when the page was written and are checked regularly, but always call the establishment before setting off.
Any complaint should first be addressed to contact@rs-taxi06.com or by telephone on +33 6 58 27 93 12. Under French law, a consumer may then refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator; the list of approved mediators is published on economie.gouv.fr.
